A Diappointing Resolution to My Ghost Story

Ever since I was made aware that there was, apparently, a ghost living in my downstairs bedroom I've grown more and more excited about the possibility of taking part in an exorcism. After my initial skepticism I decided it was one of those rare experiences that was just too wierd to miss. Unfortunately, my girlfriend knows me too well, and she burst my bubble by banning me from any and all activities related to eradicating our ghost because she knew I would be unable to control myself and keep from making a mockery of the entire thing. I did get to stand next to her in the doorway, though, as she told the ghost very firmly that he was not welcome in our home. All this did was make me feel bad for him. He hasn't caused any real trouble, and where is he supposed to go anyway? Is there a tall, brown haired ghost sitting on the curb outside our condo pondering his next move? I think we may owe him an apology. Overall, having a ghost isn't nearly as fun or exciting as I'd hoped it would be.

On a totally different and random subject, the other day I noticed what may be the single most useless innovation I have ever seen. You know those Coors Light bottles on which the mountains turn blue when the beer is cold? Why can't you just touch the bottle? Am I missing something?

And finally, a random recommendation. Lately I've been listening to Wierd World nonstop, which is a compilation of 14 of The Wierdos best songs. It is fantastic. Plus, unlike much of the late seventies/early eighties punk music, The Wierdos are a band that an average rock 'n' roll fan can get into....I think. If you want to sample the music I'd recommend "Fallout" and "Happy People."

I feel the need to share my speech to the "spirit"...

"I don't know what to say, but I know that I am uncomfortable. I am not ready for this or to see you. Please leave, you are not welcome here... Then I asked Tony if he wanted to say anything... He said, Good-bye Charles!"

P.S. This happened right after I took a photo of the room and saw a bubble in the photo, a bubble means spirit FYI.

It's weird that the resolution was being appointing twice.

What the hell does that mean?!?!
